Pulse CX (“Pulse CX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information processed through our products and services. Meta and WhatsApp information

When a business connects Pulse CX to Meta Platforms or WhatsApp Business services, we may receive and process information made available through the applicable Meta APIs and permissions. This may include information such as:

  • WhatsApp Business Account identifiers
  • Phone numbers
  • Customer messaging information
  • Conversation information
  • Message content
  • Message timestamps
  • Meta Page or business identifiers
  • Other information necessary to provide the requested integration

We only request and process information necessary to provide the relevant Pulse CX functionality.

Technical information

We may also collect limited technical information required to operate, secure, and troubleshoot our services, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device and operating system information
  • Application logs
  • Authentication and session information
  • Error and diagnostic information

2. How We Use Information

Pulse CX uses information to provide and operate its services, including:

  • Providing CRM and customer relationship management functionality

We do not use information obtained through Meta Platforms for purposes that are inconsistent with applicable Meta policies or the permissions granted to our application.

3. Meta Platforms and WhatsApp

Pulse CX may integrate with Meta Platforms, including WhatsApp Business Platform and related Meta APIs.

When a business connects its Meta or WhatsApp account to Pulse CX, information made available through those services may be processed to provide messaging, customer service, CRM, and related functionality.

Pulse CX does not request or store Meta account passwords.

Our use of information obtained through Meta Platforms is subject to applicable Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and other applicable requirements.

4. How We Share Information

Pulse CX does not sell personal information.

We may share or provide access to information only when necessary to operate and provide our services, including with:

  • Authorized users and administrators of the business using Pulse CX
  • Service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, and application operations
  • Meta Platforms where necessary to provide Meta or WhatsApp functionality
  • Government authorities or other parties where required by applicable law or valid legal process

We do not share Meta Platform information with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing or operating Pulse CX.

5. Data Security

Pulse CX uses reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

These measures may include authentication controls, access restrictions, encrypted connections, server security controls, monitoring, logging, and other appropriate security measures.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and communication records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of our services.

Pulse CX is a business-oriented platform and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

Pulse CX may use third-party services and integrations to provide hosting, infrastructure, communications, security, authentication, and platform functionality.
